I. Processing of Personal Data
A. Processing of data in case of using the contact form or inquiry via email
If you inquire about my products and services, I will work with the contact information you provide me. This includes: name, surname, email, phone number, your requests or inquiries, and any other information you provide in your inquiry.
For what purpose?
I will use these to contact you for further arrangement.
Based on what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract.
How long will I process the personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, I will process your data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in case we conclude a contract
If you purchase products or services from me, I will work with the information you provide me in the order or contract. This primarily includes billing information: name, surname, address, email, phone number, information about the product or about you that you provide me with so I can provide the product or service within the specified scope.
For what purpose?
I need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to provide you with the product and services.
I will also communicate with you through the provided contact details.
In the case of purchasing an online product, I will process electronic contacts to grant access to the product.
I will further process personal data to fulfill my legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes).
Based on what legal basis do I process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.
How long will I process the personal data?
For the duration of providing the product or service, and then for 10 years from the last provision of service or delivery of the product.
C. Newsletters
If you subscribe to my newsletter, or if you are my client and have not opted out, I may use your email address to send you my newsletter.
Based on what legal basis?
In the case of newsletter subscription, this is processing based on your consent, i.e., Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
If you are a customer, this is enabled by § 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you have opted out.
Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.
How long will I process the personal data?

D. Photography at offline events
Photographs or videos may be taken at my events.
I want to capture the event for my internal purposes (archiving), as well as for promotion on my website and social media platforms Facebook and LinkedIn, and possibly Instagram.
Based on what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – processing based on legitimate interests.
You may raise an objection to such processing. So if you do not wish to be captured in photographs or videos, please contact me or the event organizer/photographer on-site.
How long will I process the personal data?
I will actively use the photographs or video recordings for 10 years from their creation.
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with me. Nevertheless, some companies or self-employed individuals who assist me in the operation of my business may have access to the data because they help me run my business. These may include:
- Companies involved in payment processing
- Companies involved in product shipment
- Emailing service providers
- Hosting service providers
- Marketing, IT, legal, accounting advisors, and service/tool providers
I process personal data within the territory of the European Union, with the exception of American tools mentioned above, which are part of the Data Privacy Framework program.
III. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

In the course of working with personal data, there is no automated decision-making or profiling.
The GDPR grants you, among other things, the right to contact me and request information about what personal data of yours I process, request access to this data, and have it updated or corrected by me. Alternatively, you may request restriction of processing, obtain a copy of the processed personal data, request the erasure of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. Granted consents can be revoked at any time, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
If you believe that I am not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or alternatively, you can address your claims to a court.
